Why do some merchants show no street address?
Merchants without a street address operate their business from
their home or on the internet. Contact information is available
of these merchants on their page.

do I access a specific merchant’s items?
There is a drop down menu in the mid to upper left
hand corner of the site that reads “Select Merchant”. Click
on “Select Merchant” and each business
on the site will be listed. Click on the merchant
you would
like
to view.

Can I include a personalized note for my gifts?
Yes, you can write a note. On the page after you enter
your credit card information to PayPal entitled “Review
Your Payment”, click on “Special Instructions” located
under your item.
How can I find the product I want?
Products
can be viewed by merchant. There is a drop down menu in
the mid to upper left hand corner of the site that
reads “Select Merchant”. Click on “Select
Merchant” and each business on the site will be listed.
Click on the merchant you would like to view.
Products
can be viewed by price range, where all merchants
products in that price range are displayed.
Products
can be sorted by “Price Hi – Low” and “Price
Low – Hi”.
Each category can be sorted by total price (including tax
and shipping and handling), “Price Hi – Low” from
the highest price in that category to lowest priced.

The merchants participating in Shop Online requested the
availability of a phone number so they can contact their
customers in case of a question about the order.

PayPal. We do not receive your credit card information.

How long will my product take to arrive?
Average shipping is 7 to 10 business days. If shipping is different
it is detailed in the product description.
How can I track the shipment of my purchase?
Each merchant arranges for the delivery of your order.

The delivery charge is itemized as part of the total
cost of each product. Some merchants include shipping
and handling
as part of the price of their product. If it is not itemized
there is no shipping and handling fee.
Why does the shipping and handling fee vary for products in
the same price range?
Each merchant provides the cost to ship their product.
Many times the difference is due to weight and/or
packaging.
There are no returns for items purchased via this website.
Most merchants will exchange items. To exchange an item purchased,
contact the merchant directly.
Monogrammed pieces and food items are final sales.
