Find the Statue Contest

The unofficial start to summer is here and you may have some free time available for a contest. So here is the deal:

1. Find the statues pictured on our site at (give address).

2. Write in the names of the statues and their locations (street address or name of place).

3. Fill out the form below or Email it to us at info@summit-nj-online.com.

The winner will get a prize of a value of approx. $50.

There will be one winner, and that person will satisfy one of the following:
• The first person to submit a completely correct answer sheet, as date and time stamped by the summit-nj-online.com website.
• Or the person with the most correct answers at the end of the contest on July 5, 2008.

Clue: Barely visible off of a busy road in Summit.


 
 
Statue #2:

Clue: Graces the front lawn of a “private” lawn across from a popular recreational field.


 
 
Statue #3:

Clue: Street address is 165 _____.


 
 
Statue #4:

Clue: In a public place in the heart of a rose garden.


 
 
Statue #5:

Clue: This is probably the hardest statue to find. Notice the background, it has something in common with statue #1 beyond the artist.

Clue: Can be found in this position in many public parks. Hint: It is sculpted by nature.


 
 
Statue #7:

Clue: Every time you go by it looks like real people!


 
 
Statue #8:

Clue: This man is dressed up for all occasions. One night recently he was wearing a dunce cap (orange traffic cone).


 
 
Statue #9:

Clue: This statue is new and has graced the pages of our local papers.


 
 
Statue #10:

Hint: This work of art could only be found among it’s peers.
