Yoga is the ancient art that is about connection. It is a wonderful and natural
way to bring consciousness to the relationship you have with your baby while he
or she is developing inside the womb. As you practice, you will discover an
increase in strength, flexibility and your overall sense of well-being.
Prenatal Yoga is also a natural way to reduce or relieve some of the physical
challenges that can occur with pregnancy such as: fatique, digestive problems,
lower back pain, sciatica, and random aches and pains that often occur when you
are pregnant.
