Stress is normal. We all experience it. However, unmanaged stress and the stress
of life-changing events can rob you of your peace of mind and impact your
physical and emotional health.

In this 2 1/2 hour workshop you will be guided through a yoga-based mind/body
experience that will invite you to tap into your deep inner wisdom. Phoenix
Rising Yoga therapy uses gentle-to-moderate Yoga posture flows and therapeutic
dialogue to explore one's relationship to oneself, others and to the
circumstances of living in the world. Paticipants will discover ways of
integrating the on-the-mat Yoga experiences into daily life, enhancing the
opportunities for personal growth and change.

Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy is a well-respected certifying yoga school and
organization. Michael Lee, the founder of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, created
this program to help people live with stress.
