In this workshop you will learn a cutting edge self-care system that combines
fitness and massage. We lengthen the muscle from their origin point on a bone
to their full length, following the body's own natural order of release.
Yamuna® Body Rolling will stimulate your bones, reeducate and tone your
muscles, and release chronic tension patterns. it will promote healing by
improving circulation and reange of motion. Added to any fitness practice, this
system will improve performance and prevent injury. 

Your facilitator is Jackie Cozzolino, a certified Callanetics teacher for ten
years and certified Pilates and Yamuna® Body Rolling practitioner since 2007.
