Description:

Nobody likes to feel pain. However, pain is also a part of being alive. During
the workshop participants will learn basic mindfulness exercises and begin to
experience a new relationship with uncomfortable physical and emotional states.
The materials presented are based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and his
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program.

The workshop will be lead by Jennifer Bronsnick, LCSW. Jennifer has been
teaching and practicing living mindfully for almost 8 years. Please come
dressed comfortably and with an open mind.
