The 3HO Foundation is a Global Community of people who practice and share the
teachings of Yogi Bhajan so that they may serve, inspire, and empower humanity
to be healthy, happy, and holy.

The practice of Kundalini Yoga balances the glandular system, strengthens the
nervous system and enables us to harness the energy of the mind and the
emotions, so we can be in control of ourselves, rather than being controlled by
our thoughts and feelings.

In this workshop we will explore through Kundalini Yoga, ways to access our
bliss. We will learn skills to change thought patterns from negative to
positive. We will work on our glandular and nervous systems to lower stress
hormones. We will practice a dynamic meditation to enhance our lives.

No prior experience required, Kundalini is a householder's yoga, if you can
breath you can practice. Come have an enlightening experience, and enhance your
current practice.
