The Village Green

The Village Green is a large expanse of open space in the heart of Summit. It is home to Summit’s war memorials and to the Mabee Playground, a popular spot for the young people of the community. There are several benches and shade trees for daily enjoyment of the green. The Village Green is a popular spot for events in town. Events such as Greenfest, the Memorial Day celebration and summer music concerts take place on the Green.

The Village Green is directly opposite the Summit Train Station on Broad Street.
